Foras Art for Cure

We feel very lucky to have been featured in an art feature by the brilliant Joel Walker. Using the Foras Shark Sandstone bird bath and plinth, combined with Joel’s Kingfisher bronze sculpture, a beautiful piece has been created. The Shark Sandstone Bowl is grey with flecks of white, silver and charcoal, and every bowl displays unique colours and graining. It is a simplistic design that makes a bold statement, and when combined with the bronze Kingfisher, it is a beautiful piece for any garden.
What is even move special is that this piece has been featured in the  Art for Cure Big 100 Artists Exhibition, raising money for leading national breast cancer research and supporting breast cancer services here in East Anglia. Joel has provided some words on her sculpture:

“What I love about Bronze, stone and different light and settings is how each piece becomes unique.

The Kingfisher is a special bird and means so much to so many of us. I am continuing to work on the next kingfisher sculpture Kingfisher in Flight “ says JOEL, “ I am also Impatient to see the new House Martin bronze will look set in a unique stone birdbath”
