Your order will be a kerbside delivery and will arrive on a pallet with a 3^rd party pallet network service which is explained in the delivery criteria link below:

Delivery Criteria

Your order will not be packed for outside storage, please remove any documentation and electrical components (if supplied with your order) which require dry storage.

Heavier stone items will be packaged in a heavy duty, wooden crate which will require a steel leverage bar to open them.

Delivery lead times are usually within 5-7 working days from time of order however this can be extended during particularly busy periods.

If you would like to expedite your delivery, please leave a comment to this effect in the notes section when you check out and we will try our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Please note, some of our water features are part assembled prior to dispatch, this will increase the lead time to 7-14 working days.
