Personalised Sturgeon Slate Vase

Created from the finest slate, this vase is ideally suited as a presentation piece for use within your home or garden. Named after the sturgeon, a long-bodied ocean-dwelling fish, it takes inspiration from its natural, long, curved shape, making it a distinctive sculptural piece.

Every element is yours to choose. Set your names, a message or a special milestone — anniversaries, birthdays, or any occasion worth marking — engraved directly into the face of the vase. Pick the colour of your engraving to suit the occasion.

Nine hand-painted colours

Choose from nine carefully selected colours, each applied by hand. Every shade is brushed into the engraved recesses for a crisp, even finish against the stone. Three of those are metallics — gold, silver and rose gold. These have a small additional charge and create a beautiful light-catching finish, shifting and glowing as the light moves across the vase.

Sandblasted in our Norfolk studio

Each vase is engraved in-house at our Norfolk studio by skilled engravers with years of experience working with stone. We hand-mask every design before sandblasting it into the surface, creating a clean, well-defined mark rather than simply scratching the surface. The result is beautifully defined lettering with genuine depth and natural shadow, designed to stand the test of time.

Every piece is hand-engraved and made to order right here in our workshop. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery, and a little extra time during busy seasons.

If you need delivery sooner for a special occasion or celebration, do let us know as all of our engraving is done in house, so we will work with you to do our best to achieve delivery in time for you.

Your order will be a kerbside delivery and will arrive on a pallet with a 3rd party pallet network service which is explained in the delivery criteria link below:

Delivery Criteria

Heavier stone items will be packaged in a heavy duty, wooden crate which will require a steel leverage bar to open them.
