The Ultimate Wild Knight Expresso Martini
A delicious new take on the traditional Expresso Martini, the Ultimate Wild Knight Expresso Martini combines our Award Winning Expresso Martini with the sweet, caramel
flavours of Nelson’s Gold Vodka – Add more or less Nelson’s Gold depending on how sweet your tooth is!

Expresso Martini

  • Wild Knight Ultra Premium English Vodka
  • Wild Knight Expresso Martini
  • Expresso Coffee
  • Nelson’s Gold
  • Plenty of ice
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker to the brim with large chunks of ice
  2. Pour in 25ml of Wild Knight Ultra Premium English Vodka
  3. Add 25ml of Wild Knight Expresso Martin
  4. Prepare 2 x expresso shots and add
  5. Add a generous slug of Nelson’s Gold for sweetness
  6. Shake well for at least 30 seconds
  7. Pour into a martini glass and allow to settle to form a generous crema
  8. Garnish with freshly ground expresso beans and enjoy!

Boadicea Gin ‘Rosa’ Watermelon and Basil Spritz
A refreshing tall drink combining the subtle peach and cherry flavours of Boadicea Gin ‘Rosa’ with fresh watermelon and basil leaves, a real treat all year round!

Gin

  • Basil leaves
  • Watermelon
  • Boadicea Gin (Rosa)
  • Watermelon juice
  • Tonic water
  • Ice
  1. Add 10 freshly washed basil leaves to a tall glass
  2. Cut 2 strips of watermelon into small chunks and add to glass
  3. Pour 50ml of Boadicea Gin (Rosa)
  4. Use a cocktail muddler (or spoon) to break down the basil leaves and watermelon chunks
  5. Add 50ml of watermelon juice
  6. Fill the glass with ice
  7. Top up with tonic water
  8. Garnish with a watermelon stick and a sprig of basil

Boadicea Gin Spice ‘Queen of Spice’ Cocktail
A warming, spicy combination of Boadicea Gin, with it’s subtle notes of cranberry and winter spice, with refreshing ginger ale over ice. Perfect for cosy nights
in front of the fire

Gin

  • Boadicea Gin (Spiced)
  • Rhubarb and ginger jam
  • Ginger ale
  • Stem ginger
  • Ice
  1. Half fill a cocktail shaker with chunks of ice
  2. Pour in 50ml of Boadicea Gin (Spiced)
  3. Add 1 large teaspoon of Rhubarb and ginger jam
  4. Shake thoroughly to break down the jam
  5. Half fill a traditional gin glass with ice and sieve in the cocktail
  6. Top up with ginger ale
  7. Garnish with a couple of pieces of stem ginger and a small teaspoon of syrup

Boadicea Gin ‘VE 75’ Cocktail
Created in celebration of VE Day, this delightful cocktail combines the spicy flavours of cranberry and winter spice with the
more traditional gin expressions of nettle and citrus, served with champagne and a dash of lime.

  • Boadicea Gin (Classic)
  • Boadicea Gin (Spiced)
  • Prosecco/Champagne
  • Lime
  1. Pour 12.5ml of Boadicea Gin (classic) into a champagne flute
  2. Add 12.5ml of Boadicea Gin (spiced)
  3. Squeeze in the juice of 1/2 a lime
  4. Add a couple of drops of orange essence
  5. Top up the glass with prosecco/champagne
  6. Garnish with lime rind
