The Garden Vault Event Terms & Conditions

Prices and Product Information 
All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT at the prevailing rate. 

We take all reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, details, and prices are accurate at the time of the event. Prices are confirmed at the point of sale. 

Printed or promotional material is subject to change, and we will not honour prices shown in printed literature if they are incorrect or out of date. 

All products are available on a “first come first served basis”. If an item has been sold an alternative item may not be available. 

No product reservations or deposits will be accepted. 

Images and Display Items 
Images shown online, in catalogues, or in promotional materials are for illustration purposes only. Products may be displayed with additional props or accessories which are not included unless expressly stated. 

Natural Materials and Handcrafted Products 
Stone and slate products are natural materials and will vary in colour, tone, texture, and markings. Goods are sold on the understanding that such variations are inherent characteristics and do not constitute defects and therefore are not grounds for a return or refund and does not affect your statutory rights. 

Vintage-style zinc planters are artisan, hand-finished items and will vary in appearance. These products are designed to age and oxidise over time as part of their intended distressed finish. Natural ageing does not constitute grounds for a return or refund and does not affect your statutory rights. 

Planters and Modifications 
A planter drilling service is not available for Vault event planters. Responsibility for drilling drainage holes rests with the purchaser. NB Drilling disrupts the galvanised coating so can speed up the oxidisation process. 

Water Features 
Vault water feature prices will be for the water feature only. A full component kit can be purchased separately. 

Pumps must be installed using the supplied 240V plug and must not be hard-wired. Foras will not cover the cost of an electrician to remove a pump that has been hard-wired in the event of a warranty claim.

Guarantees and Warranties 
Some components are covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee. All guarantees and warranties apply only where products are used correctly and in accordance with Foras installation instructions and manufacturer guidelines. 

Guarantees do not cover damage or defects arising from misuse, incorrect installation, operating errors, non-Foras components, inadequate maintenance, unsuitable cleaning agents, impact damage, frost or freezing, cable modification, limescale build-up, or unauthorised repairs. 

Foras will not be responsible for water features installed using non Foras components. 

Tiles and Flagstones 
Tile and flagstone “lots” are sold as single consignments and cannot be split. 

Vault sale tiles maybe selected from clearance stock and so could be from different factories batches which mean that they may vary in colour and tone. The product is sold as seen. Any differences do not constitute grounds for a return or refund and does not affect your statutory rights. 

Tiles will be sold in predefined “tile lots”. The customer should ensure that the “tile lot” has the correct number of tiles to complete any works required. Vault items maybe from end of line stock therefore additional tiles may not be available. 

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they purchase enough tiles to complete any works required. 
Should additional tiles be required and available they will be for sale at full retail price.

Standard tile stock will be available to purchase at full retail price. 

We will not accept returns of unused tiles, or adhesives and grouting compounds if the expiration date has passed in ownership of the customer. If a return of adhesives or grout are accepted a credit note will be issued, valid for 6 months, no refunds will be issued. 

Installation 
Any advice given by Foras staff related to the fixing of products or installation methods is given in good faith as can be used as a guide only as no site inspection has taken place. 

We recommend taking advice from a professional fitter. Foras cannot be held responsible for the manner of installation of goods or any damage caused by or arising from installation. 

Collections and Deliveries
Wherever reasonably possible, goods purchased at the Vault Event must be taken away by the customer at the point of sale. 

If items are too large, heavy, or otherwise unsuitable for immediate removal, collection or delivery arrangements may be made at Foras’ discretion. Foras will determine whether items are suitable to be taken away at the point of sale or require future collection or delivery. 

Collections 
Customers wishing to collect purchased items at a later date must agree a pre-arranged collection date and time. 

Collections are available Monday to Friday only. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required prior to the agreed collection time. 

Customers must arrive in a suitable vehicle capable of safely transporting the purchased goods. Once the goods leave Foras they are the responsibility of the purchaser. Any damages in transit are not the responsibility of Foras. 

All collections will take place from: 
Foras Ltd, West Head Road, Stowbridge, Norfolk, PE34 3NJ. 

Deliveries 
Where delivery is required due to the size or weight of the goods: 
• Delivery of tiles or flagstones that are too large or heavy to remove at the point of sale will be arranged by Foras at £100.00 per pallet 
• Delivery of Home and Garden items that are too large to be taken away will be chargeable at £72.00 per pallet 
Free delivery is not available on any discounted products purchased at the Vault event 

Collection and delivery slots are limited daily and are allocated on a first come first served basis. 

Delivery is available to a single UK mainland address only. Certain postcode exclusions apply. 

Deliveries will be made using Foras’ standard courier or pallet network delivery services. 

If an alternative delivery method is requested, this will be subject to availability and an additional charge, which will be quoted on an individual basis. 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery locations are accessible and suitable for the size and weight of the goods. Failed or aborted deliveries due to access restrictions may result in additional charges. 

Returns and Refunds 
As this is an in-person event, refunds or exchanges are not offered for change of mind. 

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Goods that are faulty or not as described will be dealt with in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 

By attending the Foras Vault event you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
