Your order will be hand-engraved in-house.  Dispatch will be 1-2 weeks from time of order however this can be extended during particularly busy periods.

Slate is a metamorphic rock with a fine grain, it has the unique ability to be split accurately into straight slabs and plates.

The split sheets each display unique texture and colouration, though always with a predominantly grey base.

Slate varies in colour depending on where it is mined as the individual composition of the rock varies between localities.

Slate is particularly suitable for use as a planter as it has an extremely low water absorption index, meaning that it is resistant to frost damage.
