Engraved with a bold Art Deco numeral and geometric corner detailing, this 20x30cm porcelain house plaque brings a touch of 1920s glamour to your front door.

With its soft, mottled stone-effect face in warm neutral tones, porcelain is dense, frost-proof and fade-resistant, so it’s built to cope with British weather year after year.

Made your way

Make it completely your own. Choose your house number and we’ll set it within the linear Art Deco design, with stepped corner motifs that frame your lettering with graphic elegance.

You can choose your numerals and corner design colours separately. Keep them tonal for a timeless, understated look, or contrast them for something with a little more impact. Classic black, as pictured, gives a crisp, high-contrast finish against the pale tile.

Hand-painted colours

Choose from nine carefully selected colours, each applied by hand. Every shade is brushed into the engraved recesses for a crisp, even finish against the tile. Three of those are metallics: gold, silver and rose gold. These have a small additional charge and create a beautiful light-catching finish. They shift and glow as the sun moves across the face of the sign, and are especially striking picked out along the Art Deco linework.

Sandblasted in our Norfolk studio

Each tile is engraved in-house at our Norfolk studio by skilled engravers with years of experience. We hand-mask every design before sandblasting it into the surface. This creates clean, deeply defined lines and lettering, rather than simply scratching the surface.

The result is beautifully defined detail with genuine depth and natural shadow, designed to remain clear and legible from the roadside, and to stand the test of time.

Every piece is hand-engraved and made to order right here in our workshop. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery, and a little extra time during busy seasons.

If you need delivery sooner for a special occasion or celebration, do let us know as all of our engraving is done in house, so we will work with you to do our best to achieve delivery in time for you.

We will let you know as soon as your order is ready, it will be delivered by a 3rd party courier and, once dispatched,  you should receive text message updates regarding the progress of your delivery from the courier directly.
